Build It Live terms
Last updated
In short
- You must be 18 or older. One account and one vote per idea per person.
- Ideas are not confidential. When you submit one, you accept the Idea Submission Terms: you confirm it is yours, and you let Kiwana AI, Inc. build it live, stream it and sell what it builds.
- There is no payment for ideas — but if yours is built, you get a 30-day exclusive option to buy it. Kiwana AI, Inc. hosts and operates every product built from an idea.
- We review every idea and may edit wording, merge duplicates or decline it. Ask us and we will take your idea page down.
- Market facts on an idea are third-party estimates for context — never a promise or guarantee of income, revenue, profit or customers.
1. About Build It Live
Build It Live is a weekly show run by Kiwana AI, Inc. ("we", "us") on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Viewers suggest ideas and vote; each week we build the top idea live. These terms apply to the Build It Live pages at multipliers.ai/build-it-live. This version takes effect on October 18, 2026.
You must be at least 18 years old to sign in, vote or submit an idea.
2. Your account and votes
You sign in with Google or a one-time link sent to your email — there are no passwords. This account is separate from any multipliers.ai purchase account.
- One person, one account. You get one vote per idea and can remove it while voting is open.
- No bots, scripts, multiple accounts, bought or traded votes. We may remove votes or block accounts that break these rules.
- Voting usually closes Tuesday at 8 pm US Central, but the schedule is set by our team and can change. We normally build the idea with the most votes; we may pick another idea if the top one is unsafe, unlawful or not buildable in a live session.
3. Submitting an idea
Ideas are not confidential. Do not submit trade secrets, confidential business information, anything you don’t have the right to share, or personal information about other people.
Our team reviews every idea before it appears on the board. We may edit the wording for clarity, combine duplicate ideas (their votes are combined), or decline an idea without giving a reason.
4. The licence you give us, and the exclusive option
Every idea is submitted under the versioned Idea Submission Terms shown on the submit form (and in full below on this page). In short: you keep your idea, and you grant Kiwana AI, Inc. a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence, which it may sublicense and transfer, to use, adapt, build, stream, promote and commercialise it. Non-exclusive means you remain free to pursue your idea yourself or anywhere else.
The live build and its replay are public to watch. The finished software is sold on multipliers.ai; it is not free to use.
If your idea is built and offered for sale, you get a 30-day window from the listing date in which only you can buy it, at an exclusive price; if you buy, it is exclusive to you for 12 months. Kiwana AI, Inc. has the sole right to host and operate every product built from a crowdsourced idea: buyers, including you, get a licence to use the hosted product under the monthly service fee and never receive the software to self-host.
5. No payment, and independent development
You will not be paid or compensated for an idea, a comment or votes, whether or not we build it — except the exclusive purchase option above.
We, our team and other viewers may already be working on — or may later build — something similar on our own. Submitting an idea does not give you any claim over similar work.
6. Content rules
- No unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual or violent content, and nothing aimed at children.
- No spam, advertising, links to malware, or impersonation.
- No personal information about other people.
- Nothing you do not have the right to share: no one else's idea or work, nothing confidential, and nothing your employer owns.
We may reject or remove any idea, comment or account that breaks these rules, at any time.
Report a problem: if you believe an idea on Build It Live is yours or copies your work, email multipliers@kiwana.ai with a link to the idea and the reason. We review every report and remove ideas that copy someone else's work. Accounts that repeatedly submit other people's work are closed.
7. Removing your idea
Ask us at multipliers@kiwana.ai and we will take your idea page down and remove your first name. We cannot recall what was already streamed, recorded or released before you asked.
Deleting your account, or asking us to remove your idea, does not revoke the licence for ideas already published or built; we may keep them on Build It Live without your name.
8. Market facts are not a promise
Some ideas show "Market facts": figures about a market and its customers — such as market size, how many businesses there are, what customers already pay for tools, or how common a problem is. Our team chooses them from public third-party sources and shows each one with its source and date.
Market facts are estimates for context only. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and we do not check them independently beyond reading the source. They are not a prediction, promise or guarantee of income, revenue, profit, customers or success for anyone who votes on, submits, builds or buys a product from an idea. Results depend on many things, and nobody at multipliers.ai or Kiwana AI, Inc. is authorized to promise any.
Figures that combine several ideas or industries describe how much customers in those industries already spend. They are not the size of an opportunity, a share anyone can win, or what any business will earn. Plans, blueprints, ratings and feature lists we publish about an idea describe what a product could do; they are not advice, a promise that it will be built, or a prediction of results.
Do your own research and get your own advice before you rely on them. The multipliers.ai Terms, section 8 ("No earnings or customer promises"), apply to every product sold on multipliers.ai, including products built from an idea.
9. Disclaimers, liability and changes
Build It Live is provided "as is". What we build on the show is a demonstration and comes with no warranty unless we say otherwise for a specific release.
Build It Live is free. To the extent the law allows, Kiwana AI, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from Build It Live, and its total liability for any claim about Build It Live is limited to one hundred US dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with any dispute heard in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
