Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated October 18, 2026 · Version 0.2

In short

  • Use your Product to run a lawful business, honestly.
  • Don't break the law, mislead or harm people, misuse sensitive data, attack our systems or other buyers' instances, or resell the software itself.
  • You are responsible for how your staff and customers use your instance.

This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.

1. Who this applies to

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to you as a buyer and to everyone you allow to use your instance, such as your staff and your customers. You are responsible for their use and must make your own terms with them consistent with this policy.

2. What is not allowed

You may not use a Product, a blueprint or our services to:

  • Break any law or regulation, or run a business without a license, registration or approval it legally needs.
  • Mislead or defraud people — including false or unsupported health, medical or safety claims, fake reviews, bait pricing, or hidden fees.
  • Offer gambling, games of chance, sweepstakes or prize promotions where they are not lawful, or in breach of the rules that apply to amusement or coin-operated machines.
  • Send spam or unsolicited marketing, or send emails or text messages without the consent and opt-out the law requires.
  • Collect or store sensitive data (such as health, financial or government ID information, or data about children) without a lawful basis, the required notices and consents, and adequate safeguards — or store HIPAA-protected health information without a signed Business Associate Agreement with us.
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against or harm anyone, or publish hateful, violent or sexually exploitative content.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
  • Sell goods or services that Stripe or your payment provider prohibits.
  • Pretend to be someone else, or suggest that multipliers.ai or Kiwana AI, Inc. runs, owns or endorses your business.

3. Security and fair use

  • Do not try to access another buyer's instance or data, our systems, or any account that is not yours.
  • Do not probe, scan or test the security of our services without our written permission. If you find a vulnerability, please tell us at the contact address below.
  • Do not upload malware, or interfere with or overload our services (for example through automated traffic, scraping or denial-of-service attacks).
  • Do not get around usage limits, billing, or technical restrictions.

4. Protecting the software

  • Do not resell, sublicense, share or publish the Product, its source code, or a DIY blueprint, prototype or playbook — for example as a template, course or competing product.
  • Do not copy, reverse engineer or extract the source code of a hosted Product, except where the law allows it.
  • Do not claim exclusive rights to a Product or claim that you created the underlying software.

5. What happens if this policy is broken

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or end your account or instance, as described in our Terms. Where practical, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.

To report misuse of a site built on our Products, email multipliers@kiwana.ai.
