These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Multipliers AI platform, websites, APIs, and MCP servers (the “Service”) provided by Kiwana AI, Inc.(“Multipliers,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Multipliers provides an AI operating layer for business processes — agent templates, process bundles, connectors, and governance. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe at the prices shown at purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel via the Stripe customer portal.
  • Usage caps and overage charges, where applicable, are described on the relevant plan.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable; refunds, if any, are handled at our discretion via Stripe.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
  • Attempt to breach security, tenant isolation, or access data you are not authorized to access.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or overburden the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Connect systems or submit content you lack the right to use.

Your data & connected systems

You retain ownership of your business data and the content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the actions you authorize agents to take in your connected systems.

AI outputs

Agent outputs are probabilistic and provided for your review. You are responsible for validating outputs before acting on them, particularly for actions that write to systems of record. We provide gating, approvals, and audit trails to support human-in-the-loop review.

Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Google/Firebase, Anthropic, and the platforms you connect). Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

Warranties & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multipliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
