An alterations network between clothing stores and independent tailors
The problem
Clothing and menswear stores sell garments that need hemming and fitting, but in-house tailors are scarce and aging out, so stores send work to outside tailors by paper ticket, text and phone. Garments get lost, pinned measurements are misread, promised dates slip, and nobody can see which tailor has room this week.
