We’ve left out three things you’d see in most AI vendor pricing tables — by design.

No "credits" or "tokens consumed" metering

Credit-based pricing creates buyer anxiety ("will we run out?"). We use agent-runs per month with fair-use limits and clear next-tier triggers. Your finance team can forecast.

No "InfoSec Review" as a sold feature

Enterprise security review is part of how we sell, not a SKU. Every customer gets our security questionnaire response, architecture diagrams, and data flow documentation as part of the discovery call.

No "Unlimited Builder Users" promises

User counts don’t matter when the product is FDE-deployed and operated by your team. We don’t gate on user seats.

Frequently asked questions

Can I procure through AWS Marketplace?

Yes — and Azure Marketplace and Google Cloud Marketplace too. SaaS subscription listings are coming Q2-Q3 2026; in the meantime, custom Private Offers are available via your cloud’s marketplace ops team. Counts toward your AWS EDP / Azure MACC / GCP committed-use commit.

Do you offer free trials?

Activate includes a 14-day guided pilot. Operate and Scale start with a scoped paid pilot (4-8 weeks) rather than a free trial — FDE engagement is what makes the value real, and we’ve found free trials cheapen that engagement.

What happens if I exceed my agent-runs limit?

Your runs continue (no hard cap); we reach out to discuss whether your current tier still fits your usage profile. Most customers who exceed are already moving to the next tier.

Can I switch tiers mid-year?

Upgrades are immediate (pro-rated). Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Do you offer multi-year discounts?

Yes — Operate and Scale tiers via Private Offer support 2-year and 3-year commitments with standard discount tiers (10% Y2, 15% Y3). Not advertised publicly to avoid public discounting that breaks marketplace listings.

What’s your refund policy?

Pilot fees are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions can be refunded pro-rata within 30 days of activation if FDE engagement hasn’t begun.

What’s the smallest enterprise that makes sense for Multipliers?

If you have 1+ business process with measurable inefficiency, an AI substrate already in use (Bedrock / Vertex / Foundry / direct lab), and a business sponsor + IT lead engaged, Activate is the right starting tier. Below that scale, a credit-based agent platform is probably a better fit.
